Incident Summary:

09/23/1999: Shortly before 12:00 pm local time, a bomb exploded on the second floor of Perry-Paige Hall at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical (A & M) University in Tallahassee, Florida, U.S.A.. The explosion damaged a bathroom and several light fixtures, but caused no casualties. An unidentified caller phoned a news station with a racially charged tirade and claimed responsibility for the attack.
