Incident Summary:

10/12/1999: At approximately 4:00am local time, shots were fired from a car by unknown perpetrators at the Dogan Media Center in Bagcilar, Turkey. One bullet hit the office of Mehmet Y. Yilmaz, editor of the newspaper, Radikal. No one was injured in the attack, which caused only minor damage.
