11/03/1999: Assailants armed with firearms carried out a fidayeen attack at the Badami Bagh Cantonment in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. At least eight people, including two assailants, were killed and two other people were injured in the assault. Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) claimed responsibility for the incident.
