Incident Summary:

11/04/1999: A group of about 12 people set up a false roadblock and sprayed automatic fire at a minibus, resulting in four deaths and two injuries in Fernane, Algeria. Another man was also killed and a woman kidnapped, from a car, at the roadblock. There was a total of five dead and two injured in the attack. No information could be found indicating the outcome of the kidnapped woman.
