Incident Summary:

3/3/2000: An improvised explosive device (IED) exploded in a Delhi-bound bus near Tarkhan Majra village, in Punjab state, India. Of the 28 passengers on board, at least eight people were killed when the blast ripped apart the bus and at least another four were seriously injured. No group claimed responsibility for the attack, but sources suspect the involvement of Kashmiri and Sikh separatist groups.
