Incident Summary:

03/11/2000: Unidentified gunmen stormed into the Hilton Hotel in Ankara, Turkey and killed Ali Tibuk, the nephew of Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Chairman Besim Tibuk, and wounded two other people in the lobby. Police stated that the real target of the attack was Cetin Aydin, a local businessman.
