04/12/2000: A car packed with explosives was detonated by remote control by militants at Rawalpora bypass on the outskirts of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The target was a convoy of vehicles carrying Indian Army personnel. One bystander was seriously injured. No group claimed responsible, and the perpetrators were unknown.
