06/28/2000: Militants fired nine rifle grenades towards the Civil Secretariat of Kashmir, Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah, in Srinagar, India. Four people were injured in the attack and two vehicles were damaged. Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah was not hit by the grenades. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
