Incident Summary:

07/26/2000: The offices of the Caja Vital bank in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, were damaged when an a bomb set by Euskadi Ta Askatasuna (ETA) exploded. A member of the ETA called local newspapers and gave a ten minute warning that the bomb would explode near the bank office. No casualties resulted from the incident.
