09/08/2000: Unidentified gunmen forcefully entered into the house and killed a member of the Ikhwan, or pro-Indian Government militia, in Uchar Magam village, Kupwara District, Jammu and Kashmir State. His grandson was also killed. The police were reported to be investigating the incident, but no one was reported captured.
