09/09/2000: A bomb was found at a camping store in the Cornmarket area of Belfast. The Royal Ulster Constabulary (Northern Ireland Police) believed that the device was planted, and police officials later believed that an Irish republican splinter group was behind the incident. The bomb was defused, causing no casualties, injuries, or property damage. There were no arrests.
