Incident Summary:

09/12/2000: An armed train crossing a bridge over the Chernaya River in Naursky District in Chechnya reported an explosive device under the rails on the bridge. Field engineers from the Russian Interior Ministry later defused a block of 100 grams of TNT attached to an electric detonator.
