09/21/2000: The Free Aceh Movement (GAM) attacked a joint Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI) and police post in the center of Lhokseumawe, Indonesia. Six soldiers were injured, one of them critically, when four grenades were fired from the beach at their harbor guard post. The Free Aceh Movement (GAM) claimed responsibility for the attack.
