Incident Summary:

10/07/2000: Four explosions occurred in locations throughout Santiago de Cali, Colombia, causing "extensive" damage and injuring seven. The explosions were caused by two car bombs and two other explosives. One bomb exploded at a house in eastern Cali. Ejercito de Liberación Nacional (ELN) was suspected in the attack.
