Incident Summary:

10/19/2000: In one of two incidents in the Carmen Municipality of the Philippines, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) attacked a Philippines Military detachment in village of Tungahon. Two rebels were killed as a result of these two attacks. This was one of several clashes between the guerrillas and government troops in the southern Philippines on this day.
