12/01/2000: Suspected Islamic militants hurled a grenade at a passing security vehicle in the Jehangir Chowk area of Srinagar, India. The grenade missed its target and exploded in a crowded street, injuring 3 civilians. The attack occurred in the context of several other grenade attacks, during a proposed cease fire.

Criteria
Criteria 1
