Incident Summary:

12/7/2000: Approximately 20 suspected members of Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) attacked Kurulubedda village, in the Welikanda region of North Central province, Sri Lanka. The assailants threw two hand grenades into a house, killing four of the family members, and wounding one child. The motive behind the attack is unknown.
