Incident Summary:

2/4/2001: A bomb attached to a motorcycle exploded in Saravena, Arauca Department, Colombia. One man was killed in the explosion and two children were injured. The military believes that the explosion was intended to target Reveiz Pizarro Battalion troops. Authorities blamed the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) for the incident.
