2/20/2001: Two unidentified gunmen shot and killed Madhusudan Saha, an opposition MLA on Tripura Congress, near his home in Sibnagar area of Agartala, Tripura, India. The gunmen opened fire on him from close range, hitting him once in the arm and twice in the head. No group claimed responsibility for the killing.
