Incident Summary:

3/2/2001: Six unidentified assailants attacked a group of four shepherds at El Azouania, Tiaret province, Algeria. Three of the shepherds managed to escape, but the fourth one was shot and killed. No group claimed responsibility for the attack; however, it is believed that the assailants continued on and attacked a second group of shepherds.
