Incident Summary:

03/08/2001: Unknown attackers Explosives used improvised explosive devices in three coordinated attacks in the city of Thessaloniki, Greece within one hour of each other. The third explosive went off at the branch of the National Bank of Greece located on 104 Papanastasiou Street. There was minor damage but no one was injured in the incident. The group left a note stating that the attacks were meant to draw attention to the plight of the destitute people living in Mitilini.
