03/25/2001: Five members of a family were killed in their home in Ain Agba, Algeria, when armed attackers broke in and cut their throats. The attackers also left an explosive which detonated when someone found the murdered family, injuring that person. Although no group claimed responsibility for the attack, sources blamed Muslim fundamentalists.
