Incident Summary:

04/25/2001: Approximately 250 militants from Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC)attacked the Alto de San Juan village, Colombia. Fifteen people died as a result the incident where FARC fighters and members of the Peasant Self-Defense Groups of Cordoba and Uraba (ACCU) clashed. Residents also stated that FARC fighters took a large number of cattle and some horses owned by local people during the incident.
