08/00/2001: Seven members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) killed five civilians and wounded one in an attack in Talakag, Lanao del Sur Province, Philippines. The rebels took a Garand rifle, a shotgun and a calibre .45 pistol from the civilians.
