Incident Summary:

08/09/2001: A group of 150 People's War Group members attacked the police station in Kalimela, Orissa State, India. The assailants also blew up the police station and took away the arms and ammunition stored there. Three police officers were killed and 15 were injured. A simultaneous assault was launched on the Motu police station in the same district.
