Incident Summary:

08/10/2001: Five vehicles, two buses of the inter-municipal service, two trailers, and a truck, were torched by 30 members of the National Liberation Army (ELN) on the Bucaramanga-Cucuta Highway, Colombia. Drivers and passengers of the vehicles were beaten and gasoline was poured on some by the insurgents. One bus driver suffered burns.
