08/15/2001: Ten peasants in Muhutu Commune, Bujumbura Rural Province, Burundi were attacked and had their throats slit by National Liberation Forces - Party for the Liberation of the Hutu People (FNL-Palipehutu) members. The victims that were targeted and killed were Hutus accused by the rebels of supporting the government.
