Incident Summary:

08/16/2001: A bomb was planted at a branch of Banco Gupuzcoana on Zubieta Street in San Sebastian, Spain by Euskadi ta Askatasuna (ETA). A second bomb was planted at another branch in the same city. The bombs were found and defused following a telephone warning. One of the two branches was damaged in the controlled detonation of the bomb. No one was hurt.
