Incident Summary:

08/25/2001: A bomb was detonated close to the barracks of the Kaliningrad police detachment in Gudermes, Chechnya, Russia. Three people were killed and 11 were wounded. The bomber and his accomplice died while trying to plant the self-made explosive device.
