Incident Summary:

11/1/2001: One improvised explosive device detonated at the provincial prison in Pursat, Pursat province, Cambodia. No one was injured and there was only minor damage as a result of the explosion. Authorities suspect the involvement of Cambodian Freedom Fighters (CFF). Five more devices exploded at two different locations at the same time in Pursat and are believed to be linked to this incident.
