02/10/2002: An explosive device was planted outside of a school owned by politician Ramon Rabanera in Vitoria, Spain. The device contained firecrackers and gas cylinders, but only the firecrackers exploded causing minimal damage. Ramon Rabanera is part of the Popular Party and is the chief executive of the Alava Provincial Council. No group was indicated in the attack.
