Incident Summary:

03/25/2002: An explosive device detonated amidst sectarian clashes in northern Belfast, Northern Ireland. The blast shattered the windows of several cars and injured one woman. No one claimed direct responsibility for the attack; however, representatives of the royalist Ulster Defense Association and the nationalist Sinn Fein blamed one another for the incident.
