Incident Summary:

04/16/2002: Members of an unknown militant group attacked government offices in Bharatpur. They set fire to furniture and official documents, and destroyed the buildings. There were no reported casualties. Simultanously, the militants attacked, and set fire to, the post office in Bhandara.
