Incident Summary:

04/22/2002: A car bomb was detonated near the Madrid Repsol YPF oil office building. Witnesses stated that two men parked the car and ran from it before the bomb exploded. There were no casualties and no group has claimed responsibility, though authorities suspect Euskadi ta Askatasuna (ETA). Several apartment buildings were severely damaged, but damage estimates were not given.
