05/13/2002: Six professional and active-duty Russian servicemen were injured when their BTR-80 armored vehicle struck a radio-controlled land mine near the village of Assinovskaya in Chechnya. The servicemen were headed to their permanent stationing area in the Kalinovskaya Village. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
