Incident Summary:

5/28/2002: Unidentified gunmen opened fire on a vehicle carrying two Jerusalem residents on the Ramallah bypass near Ramallah, West Bank, West Bank and Gaza Strip. Albert Maloul was shot and killed and his cousin, Herzl Maloul, was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident and specific motive is unknown.
