7/6/2002: Unknown perpetrators, believed to be affiliated with the Islamic insurgency in Algeria, set up a fake roadblock on a road in Ouled Azzouz, Algeria. The assailants gunned down a vehicle carrying five Algerian citizens. Two individuals were killed and three others were wounded.
