Incident Summary:

9/15/2002: A bomb exploded in a commercial area in Kathmandu, Bagmati Zone, Nepal. No one was injured in the explosion. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, the attack occurred the day before a general strike, called for by Maoists, went into effect. This bomb was one of four that exploded in Kathamandu that day.
