11/08/2002: An unknown perpetrator shot dead a former Special Police Officer in an unspecified town within the Anantanag District, 31 miles south of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. The victim was praying in a mosque on the first Friday of the Ramadan. Three police officers were injured. The perpetrator was captured by local people and handed over to the police.

Criteria
Criteria 1
