Incident Summary:

12/16/2002: Militants in Kashmir threw a hand grenade into a crowded marketplace killing one and injuring at least five. The assailants fled. The grenade exploded near the Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Bank in the town of Rajouri. There was some damage to the nearby buildings and shops.
