01/05/2003: In the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, three policemen were killed by members of the People's War Group (PWG) in the Guntur District. The three motorcycle policemen were killed by a land mine blast triggered when the police were escorting government officials returning to Kothur after attending the state government's ongoing Janmbhoomi program.
