Incident Summary:

01/26/2003: Six communist rebels of the New People's Army invaded a cellular communications facility in Dapdap East, Philippines. The attackers were able to disarm a guard and cause minor damage to the interior of the facility. They were prevented from destroying the communications tower due to the arrival of police who were alerted by an informant.
