03/04/2003: Thirty Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) rebels fired a mortar at a power station fuel tank in Alabel, Philippines. The tank was dented, but no further damage or injuries were caused. Soldiers that were guarding the tank chased the rebels away.
