Incident Summary:

03/19/2003: Chechen rebels set fire to polling stations in the Chechen village of Gekhi-Chu, Russia, breaking windows and slightly damaging the roof of schools N1 and N2. No one was hurt and no serious damage was done; the buildings were able to be used in the March 23 constitutional referendum.
