Incident Summary:

03/30/2003: Extremists linked to Afghan warlord Gulbuddin Hekmatyar were suspected of firing a rocket into the Pul-e-Charkhi area in Kabul, Afghanistan. The perpetrators fired another rocket at the headquarters of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), slightly damaging the compound. There were no injuries reported in either related attack.
