05/12/2003: A mail bomb partially exploded in the headquarters of the Ulster Unionist Party in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Army bomb disposal experts later disarmed the device - a video cassette inside a Jiffy Bag - before it caused any damage or casualties. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
