Incident Summary:

06/04/2003: Suspected members of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Fighting (GSPC) attacked two police vehicles on the outskirts of Beni Doula, Algeria. Ten police officers were killed and two others injured in the attack. The attackers ambushed the police vehicles using automatic weapons and grenades. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
