Incident Summary:

06/15/2003: Suspected members of the National Liberation Army (ELN) kidnapped 11 people from a resort at El Silencio, Colombia. Under pressure from Colombia’s military, the kidnappers released four of their hostages the next day. The fate of the other hostages was not known.
