Incident Summary:

9/5/2003: Members of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Fighting (GSPC) planted a booby-trapped toy in Toulmout, Algeria. The explosive device detonated when it was discovered by five youths. Three individuals were killed and two others were wounded.
