Incident Summary:

09/11/2003: Suspected Islamic militants lobbed a grenade at an Indian Border Security Force (BSF) bunker in a busy part of Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian administered Kashmir. One woman was killed and as many as 20 injured. Hizb-ul-Mujahidin (HM) later claimed responsibility for the attack.
